We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our product team at Upwind, the runtime-powered CNAPP that revolutionizes cloud infrastructure security. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that align with our strategic vision, driving the success of our mission to redefine cloud security. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for complex workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to deliver intuitive features.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s design system.
- Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Incorporate user feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices, especially in SaaS and cybersecurity.
- Take ownership of designs from concept to implementation.
- Conduct usability testing to validate and optimize user experiences.
- Work on delivering consistent and impactful designs that align with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Design Tools - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
- Experience in conducting research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable designs.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems for consistency.
- Ability to work with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams effectively.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and development processes. Experience in cybersecurity or designing for developers is a plus.
